These terms apply to business clients of Swan Web Ltd (trading as Swan Web Design & Development). By engaging us, you agree to the terms below.

Services and scope
We provide website design, development, hosting, and related services as described on our website or in a written proposal. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is outlined on our industry pages or agreed in writing. Invoices are payable as stated in the proposal or invoice. Hosting subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, and approvals in a timely way. Delays in these items may affect delivery timelines.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your branding, content, and business assets. Swan Web Ltd (trading as Swan Web Design & Development) retains ownership of the website code, templates, and development work we create. We grant you a perpetual license to use the deliverables for your business once invoices are paid.
If hosting is cancelled, we will provide a full copy of the website code repository so you can move to another provider.
Hosting and maintenance
Hosting is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will take reasonable steps to keep services running and resolve issues we become aware of.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or data. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers or changes made outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may end a hosting subscription at any time by giving notice. Any outstanding invoices remain payable. We will provide the latest website code repository on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
